How do you import bulk spices from India?

To import bulk spices from India, choose a manufacturer or exporter, agree the product specification, request samples and lot-wise test reports, and confirm the price on Incoterms such as FOB or CIF. The exporter packs and ships the goods with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis and any health or phytosanitary certificates your country requires. You then clear the goods through customs at your port.

FAQs

Bulk spice export FAQs

Do you export spices directly from India?

Yes. We are an Indian manufacturer and exporter based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We process, pack and ship spices directly to importers, distributors and food manufacturers.

Can I combine different spices in one container?

Yes. Mixed-product shipments are common. You can combine whole spices, ground spices, seasonings and dehydrated onion and garlic in one container or part-container load.

What is the minimum order for bulk spice export?

It depends on the products, packing and shipping method. Sea freight is usually most economical for full or part-container loads, while smaller trial orders can be discussed. We confirm minimums in your quote.

Which documents come with an export shipment?

Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and certificate of analysis, plus any phytosanitary or health certificates your country requires.

Can you supply spices that meet EU and UK residue limits?

Yes. Our EU IPM range is grown, dried, milled and packed to EU food-safety and residue standards from the first harvest, with documentation for each batch.

Do you ship on FOB or CIF terms?

Both. Choose FOB if you manage your own freight, or CIF if you want us to arrange sea freight and insurance to your port.
